DAY 01: GUWAHATI - BOMDILA

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Bomdila. On arrival at Bomdila, check-in at Hotel for overnight stay at Bomdila.

DAY 02: BOMDILA - TAWANG (ABOUT 190 KMS/ 07 HRS)

After breakfast we will drive to Tawang. On the way Tawang lies the world’s second highest pass – THE SELA PASS (13,700ft) which runs through a small ridge & alone a lake called PARADISE LAKE also visit the JASWANTHGARH – a memorial to great war hero of the 1962 Indo China Border. Check-in at Hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Tawang.

DAY 03: TAWANG SIGHTSEEING

After enjoying breakfast at hotel enjoy local sightseeing around Tawang - The beautiful land of the Monpa tribes with the “GALDEN NAMGYEL LHATSE” Monestary. It is 400 years old (17th century)Tawang Monastery, which is the second largest monastery in the world after Potala Palace in Tibet. The building is about 113 feet longand 80 feet wide and houses valuable antiquities, books and manuscripts-handwritten and printed. Later visit Tawang War Memorial, a 40 foot high multi-hued memorial, has a structure constructed in stupa design. Dedicated to the martyrs of Sino-Indo War held in 1962, this memorial is nestled among beautiful peaks, which overlooks the Tawang-Chu valley. ‘The Land of Dawn-lit Mountains’ at 3500 mts gives you unparallel purity of nature. Rest of the day enjoy at leisure & stroll round the streets of the town. Enjoy overnight stay in Tawang.

DAY 04: TAWANG - DIRANG (ABOUT 123 KMS/ 05 HRS)

After a delicious breakfast check out from hotel &drive to Dirang and check in at your hotel. After that enjoy sightseeing around Dirang. Enjoy overnight stay at Dirang.

DAY 05: DIRANG – BHALUKPONG (ABOUT 170 KMS – 05 HRS)

After enjoying breakfast at hotel start drive straight to Bhalukpong. After reaching at Bhalukpong check in at your hotel. Enjoy overnight stay in Bhalukpong.

DAY 06: BHALUKPONG  -  SHILLONG (APX 9 HRS)

Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & get transfer to Shillong known as “Scotland of the East". While traveling one can see the majestic Umiam Lake (Barapani) surrounded by sylvan hills and wrapped in the beauty of an assortment of green Khasi-pines and the azure blue skies. After reaching at Shillong check in to the hotel. Evening you can visit the local market. Enjoy overnight stay at Shillong.

DAY 07: SHILLONG – CHERAPUNJEE – SHILLONG (60 KMS / 03 HRS ONE WAY)        

After a delicious breakfast enjoy an excursion tour to Cherrapunjee with Cherra Caves. After that return back to Shillong & spend the evening at leisure. Enjoy overnight stay at Shillong.

After a delicious breakfast enjoy an excursion tour to Cherrapunjee. On the way to Cherrapunjee visit Elephanta Falls, Shillong Peak (subject to permission). After reaching at Cherrapunjee visit Nohkalikai Waterfalls, Mawsmai Cave, Dainthlen Waterfalls, Arwah cave, Wei Sawdong waterfalls etc. After that, return back to Shillong. Enjoy overnight stay at Shillong.

DAY 08: SHILLONG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING – GUWAHATI (100 KMS / 03HRS)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and visit Lady Hydari Park, Wards Lake, Golf Course, Bishop Beadon Falls. After sightseeing transfer to Guwahati, after reaching at Guwahati check in to the hotel. Enjoy overnight stay at Guwahati.

DAY 09: GUWAHATI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast visit Kamakhya temple, Navagraha temple, Umananda temple, Balaji Temple, state Zoo. In the evening one can enjoy River cruise on the river Brahmaputra (On Direct Payment & Subject to Availability). Enjoy overnight stay at Guwahati.

DAY 10: GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RAILWAY STATION DEPARTURE

After breakfast check out from the hotel get transfer to Guwahati Railway Station/Airport for your onward journey with unlimited memory of your North East Tour.

In case of any changes or amendments, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable. Tornos Holidays cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger within 1 day of sending out the booking confirmation.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATION POLICY

• A package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving Rs.2000/- per pax as token amount.
•   30% of the Package amount shall be paid within 3 working days of the token amount.
•   All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
•   30% of the Package amount shall be deposited within 30 days of the start of the Tour.
•   Final 40% of the Package amount shall be deposited within 10 days of the start of the tour.
•   In case of a near date Package:
  • If the Travel date is 25 to 30 days from the Package confirmation date:
    • The Package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 50% of the Package amount
    • All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
    • Balance 50% to be deposited within10 days of the start of the tour
    • If the Travel date is less than 15-25 days from the Package confirmation date:
      • The Package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 70% of the Package amount as advance
      • All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
      • Balance 30% to be deposited within 10 days of the start of the tour
    •   In case a Package is confirmed in less than              15 days of the tour date:
      • 100% amount shall be deposited for confirmation.
      • All bookings related to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
    •     Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.
    •    We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident,        sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
• The customer hereby agrees that customized package is as per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category and type of service shall be entertained by Tornos Holidays.
• Final price is as per inclusions selected by the customers. In case, the customer has changed any component, the same will be updated in price. Customers’ final confirmation will have exact components which were selected and reviewed by the customer while booking the package.
• The prices shown in the beginning is per person and is considered to be sharing a room.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•  In case of Package cancellation 30 days prior to the tour commencement date, 25% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges
•  In case of Package cancellation 20 days prior to the tour commencement date, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges
•  In case of Package cancellation 10 days prior to the tour commencement date, 100% of the Package amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges
• The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned policy without any prior notice to that affect.
