Itinerary:-  

Day 01:  Chandigarh – Shimla.

After Breakfast meet our tour representative and begin your journey towards Shimla on the way to Pinjor Garden. Check in to the hotel and evening Visit Mall Road, Jakhu Temple and have Dinner followed by an overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 02  Shimla - Kufri - Shimla (Distance 20km / 0:45 Hours’ Drive)

Morning tour of Shimla -Hanuman Temple, Christ Church. Afternoon excursion to Kufri a 30 Minutes’ drive from Shimla, exotica of nature as a place surrounded by dense forest and snow-capped mountains amidst virgin peaks and natures flora and fauna where one can completely relax and tune oneself for natural beauty, evening free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Kufri. Overnight at a Hotel in Shimla.  

Day 03 Shimla - Manali (Distance 370kms / 8/9 Hours Drive)

In the morning after breakfast get ready to drive to Manali. On the route take pictures at the valley view mountains. On the way enjoy at your own Cost Rafting at Kullu Etc. Reaches Manali in around 9 Hours. Check in Hotel. Overnight in Manali.  

Day 04  Manali Sightseeing – Atal Tunnel Incl – Market Visit

Post an early morning breakfast, spend a full day visiting the famous and popular tourist spots in Manali which includes Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Village. Spend the remaining time at your own leisurely pace. Overnight stay is provided at the hotel.

Day 05  Manali – Solang valley - Manali (Rohtaang Pass At Your Own Cost) After breakfast go for a full day excursion to Solang valley. Visit the Solang Valley with its rolling meadows, ski slopes and paragliding activities (at Your Own Cost) , offering spectacular views. Overnight stay at Manali. 

Day 06 Manali –Dharamshala

After breakfast, Check out from the hotel & Proceed to Dharamshala, Check in to the hotel & rest, After sometime Visit Local Sightseeing Bhagsunag temple, Tibetan monastery, Dharamsala stadium and Naddi village & Overnight Stay at Hotel.

Day 07 Dharamshala - Dalhousie

After breakfast, Check out from the hotel & Proceed to Dalhousie ,On arrival at Dalhousie check in the hotel to do some local sightseeing followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08 Dalhousie – Khajjiar-- Dalhousie

Post breakfast, leave and proceed on an excursion trip to Khajjiar; which is also called Mini Switzerland. It also has many adventure activities to add to the thrill of your tour. Head back to the hotel in the evening. Dinner is served along with overnight stay at the Hotel. Kala Top at your own.

Day 09 Dalhousie – Wagha Boader Amritsar

After breakfast, Check out from the hotel (07:00 am)& Proceed to Amritsar, Visit Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh,,Wagha Border & Transfer to Hotel and  Overnight Stay at hotel.

Day 10 Amritsar Railway Station Drop

Check Out from Hotel Drop at Amritsar Railway Station For Your journey.

5.    Personal expense such as Tips, Telephone calls, any adventure activities viz. Paragliding, Rafting, Rock Climbing, Zorbing, etc.

6.    Below mentioned Destination specific details are at an additional cost

7.    Tour Manager/Guide (If not expressively mentioned)

8.    Entry tickets to parks, monuments, etc

9.    Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary

 RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATION POLICY

·  A package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving Rs.1000/- per pax as token amount.

·  30% of the Package amount shall be paid within 3 working days of the token amount.

·  All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.

·  30% of the Package amount shall be deposited within 30 days of the start of the Tour.

·  Final 40% of the Package amount shall be deposited within 10 days of the start of the tour.

·  In case of a near date Package:

o    If the Travel date is 25 to 30 days from the Package confirmation date:

§  The Package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 50% of the Package amount

§  All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.

§  Balance 50% to be deposited within10 daysof the start of the tour

§  If the Travel date is less than 15-25 days from the Package confirmation date:

§  The Package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 70% of the Package amount as advance

§  All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.

§  Balance 30% to be deposited within 10 days of the start of the tour

§  In case a Package is confirmed in less than 15 days of the tour date:

§  100% amount shall be deposited for confirmation.

§  All bookings related to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

·  In case of Package cancellation 30 days prior to the tour commencement date, 25% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges

·  In case of Package cancellation 15 days prior to the tour commencement date, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges

·  In case of Package cancellation 07 days prior to the tour commencement date, 75% of the Package amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges

·  In case of Package cancellation  less than 07 days prior to the tour  commencement date or in case 100% of the Package amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges

·  The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned policy without any prior notice to that affect.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds shall be governed by the rules & regulations laid down in the Reservation & Cancellation Policy & giving due consideration to the refund, reservation & cancellation policy of Hotels/Resort & Vendors engaged for providing services to the client. Refund initiation is an offline process and the final amount settled for refund will be rolled back into agency account in 45 days of final settlement of the refund amount.

Rules and Regulations

·  Package Rate all inclusive of food, lodging, sightseeing (strictly in accordance with the services availed & details mentioned in the booking voucher issued at the time of confirmation)

·  The Travel Partner shall ensure that the client details are provided along with pick up/ dropping location & arrival time shall be provided 15 days before the tour date for updating Client names to the Hotel/Resort. The Company shall not be liable for any confusion due to this at the time of Check In.

·  An assured room category at the time of quote, if not available at the time of confirmation, resulting in room up-gradation thereof shall attract a re-quote.

·  In case of a confusion regarding the age of an Infant (Less than 5 yrs) or a Child (5-12 yrs) being claimed to be over age by the Hotelier; The Company shall not be party to the dispute & the same shall be resolved by the client directly with the Hotel/Resort by producing valid identity/age proof of the child or by making direct payment at the Hotel/Resort.

·  The Company reserves the right to alter/amend entire itinerary or a part thereof in case of some unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances that make such change necessary for the smooth conduct of the tour.

·  The Company shall not be liable for any type of delay, disruption or cancellation caused due to accident/strike/insurgency/bad weather/Excessive snow or rain, natural calamity that hinders smooth plying of the hired cab, or any other factor that may affect the smooth conduct of the tour.

·  In case of such an unforeseen event that causes such hindrance and the client engaging services from a third party it shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to make the payment to the party. However, the Company shall facilitate in resolving the matter, but the same shall be on extra payment and can be made on direct payment basis by the client.

·  In case of Cabs confirmed with AC services; The AC shall not work in hilly areas and the service shall be provided only in Plains.

·  The Company reserves the right to change the Package cost in case of any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to the start of the tour.

·  The Company shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay or missing of flight/ train/bus, effecting the itinerary and addition/alteration in stay or conduct of the tour. Any change in such an event and any additional cost incurred to that effect shall be the sole responsibility of the client and borne by him.

·  The Company shall not be liable for any theft or damage of valuables or luggage during the tour.

·  Strict adherence to the reservation & cancellation policy and Package Payment shall be ensured by the Travel Partner. In case of non-clearance of Package due’s the Company shall not be responsible for any hindrance caused in the smooth conduct of the tour & services being provided thereof.

·  The quoted Package Cost is strictly in accordance with the details provided by the travel partner; any change in the details in future may attract a re-quote if necessary.

·  The food to be served under the Package in Standard (2*) and Deluxe hotels shall be on Veg. menu unless expressively mentioned to the contrary & the same shall be served as per the Hotel’s policy.

·  The above quotation mail is not a confirmation of your booking, as we are not holding any rooms (unless expressively mentioned to that affect) at the time of quotation. This communication is a tentative idea & final confirmation shall be at the time of booking of the package on making payments as per the Reservation & Cancellation Policy. The final package price and services are subject to change at the time of confirmation.

·  Taxable Invoice (Bill) for the Package shall be generated after receiving full & final payment. The Service Tax rates shall be applicable as per the applicable rates at the time of billing

·  There shall be no Service Tax refund after generation of the Taxable Invoice for the Package. Any calculation on refund as per Reservation/Cancellation policy shall be after deducting the Service Tax on the Package.

·  In case the payment is not made by the travel partner in accordance with the Reservation/Cancellation Policy & subsequently the Package gets cancelled, the company shall have an absolute discretion to deviate from the cancellation & refund policy and  initiate refund .

·  Any dispute arising in the Package shall be subject to the Court’s within Shimla Jurisdiction & Hon’ble HP High Court.
