          The Above Package Does not include:

1. Anything that is not specifically mentioned in the attached format or in Package Inclusions.
2. Air Fare/Train Fare.
3. Charges in Hotels for availing additional services.
4. Travel Insurance.
5. Personal expense such as Tips, Telephone calls, any adventure activities viz. Paragliding, Rafting, Rock Climbing, Zorbing, etc.
6. Below mentioned Destination specific details are at an additional cost.
7. Tour Manager/Guide (If not expressively mentioned)
8. Entry tickets to parks, monuments, etc
9. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary
10.  Room heater cost not included in the Package cost. and Hot Water    Timing as per respected Hotel Policy .
11. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road      blockage, and political disturbances (strikes) etc.
12. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be    restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the                     amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation,   chartered   transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any        responsibility      to refund.

General Terms and Conditions:

• All prices are in INR only.
• Rates and accommodations are subject to availability.
• Cost does not include any thing apart from the itinerary inclusions.
• All cancellations & amendments will be done as per policy.
• If any changes in numbers of travellers then package rate will be revised. Also the transport vehicle will be provided on basis of the same.
• Cab (if any) as per details specified in the attached format. The cab shall be available strictly as per itinerary and not on 24 hour disposal basis. Cab provide as per number of passenger. Additional Place visit Charges cover by Guest direct to cab operator. One place visit (like local market) one time only.
• Transport Vehicle (Varriant)or Number of Vehicle may be change at time of Travell. We don’t have control on Local Union cab Service.
• Rooms allocation by Hotelier at the time of Check in.(No Choice Given)
• The guest must carry photo identification like Passport / Voter ID / Driving License or any other government issued card IN ORIGINAL at the time of checkin at the hotel.
•  Tornos Holidays is engaged in the business of organizing travel and holidays and does not control or operate any airline, neither own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or service. Tornos Holidays shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service provided by any agency, airline, transport, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airlines, shipping companies, coach owners /coach operators /tour operators who are Tornos Holidays' s independent contractors.
• We request all the customers to review travel warnings, announcements, advisories and prohibitions issued by the relevant authorities and governments prior to confirming their international bookings with Tornos Holidays. By offering travel products for particular destinations, Tornos Holidays does not warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk. Tornos Holidays is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
• Tornos Holidays reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any holiday package without any prior notice.
• The taxes mentioned in the holiday packages are subject to revision in case of any change.
• All the customers are strongly recommended to check and verify their booking thoroughly once they receive the e-mail confirmation from Tornos Holidays. Please contact our travel experts if there is any incorrect or incomplete information, which needs to be altered or changed. In case of any changes or amendments, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable. Tornos Holidays cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger within 1 day of sending out the booking confirmation.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATION POLICY

• A package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving Domestic: Rs.5000/- and International: Rs.10000/- per pax as token amount. (Non Refundable)
•   30% of the Package amount shall be paid within 3 working days of the token amount.
•   All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
•   30% of the Package amount shall be deposited within 30 days of the start of the Tour.
•   Final 40% of the Package amount shall be deposited within 10 days of the start of the tour.
•   In case of a near date Package:
  • If the Travel date is 25 to 30 days from the Package confirmation date:
    • The Package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 50% of the Package amount
    • All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
    • Balance 50% to be deposited within10 days of the start of the tour
    • If the Travel date is less than 15-25 days from the Package confirmation date:
      • The Package shall be treated as confirmed after receiving 70% of the Package amount as advance
      • All bookings relating to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
      • Balance 30% to be deposited within 10 days of the start of the tour
    • In case a Package is confirmed in less than 15 days of the tour date:
      • 100% amount shall be deposited for confirmation.
      • All bookings related to the Package shall be initiated only after receiving the aforementioned amount.
    •     Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.
    •    We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident,        sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
• The customer hereby agrees that customized package is as per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category and type of service shall be entertained by Tornos Holidays.
• Final price is as per inclusions selected by the customers. In case, the customer has changed any component, the same will be updated in price. Customers’ final confirmation will have exact components which were selected and reviewed by the customer while booking the package.
• The prices shown in the beginning is per person and is considered to be sharing a room.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•  In case of Package cancellation 45 days prior to the tour commencement date, 25% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges
•  In case of Package cancellation 35 days prior to the tour commencement date, 50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges
•  In case of Package cancellation 25 days prior to the tour commencement date, 100% of the Package amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges
• The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned policy without any prior notice to that affect.
